At bugaboo.gift, we know that timing is everything when it comes to gifting. We partner with trusted local couriers and boda-boda riders to ensure your gifts arrive safely and on time.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • Central Kampala: (e.g., Kololo, Ntinda, Nakasero, Bugolobi, CBD).

  • Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area: (e.g., Entebbe, Mukono, Wakiso, Gayaza).

  • Upcountry Districts: We deliver to major towns across Uganda (e.g., Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale) via our logistics partners.

Note: Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays unless specially arranged.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location:

  • Kampala Flat Rate: [e.g., UGX 5,000]

  • Greater Kampala: [e.g., UGX 10,000 – 15,000]

  • Upcountry: Rates vary by district and package weight (starting from [e.g., UGX 15,000]).

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery within Kampala for orders over [e.g., UGX 100,000].

4. Important Delivery Information

To ensure a successful delivery, please note the following:

  • Phone Number is Mandatory: Our riders will call the recipient to confirm the exact location. Please ensure the phone number provided is active.

  • Landmarks: Since street addresses can be tricky, please provide a popular landmark near the delivery location (e.g., “Near Shell Petrol Station, Bukoto”).

  • Recipient Availability: If the recipient is unavailable, our rider will attempt to wait for 10 minutes. After this, the item will be returned to our office, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • 5. Order Processing
    Orders placed after [2:00 PM] or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an SMS or Email notification once your order is dispatched.

6. Store Pickup
Prefer to pick it up yourself? You can collect your order for free from our pickup point at:

  • Hours: Mon–Sat, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Please bring your Order ID when coming to collect.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of Uganda.

8. Damaged or Lost Items
If your item is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours) at [Insert Email] or WhatsApp [Insert Number] so we can resolve the issue under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Orders placed before [2:00 PM] are processed the same day.
